Plans and billing

Mobile App Builder is billed monthly through Shopify. You approve every subscription in Shopify before it starts, and you can change or cancel at any time. eBazoo takes no commission on your app sales.

The plans

Open Billing & Plans to compare what each plan includes, such as AI credits, push sends, live campaigns, languages and themes.

The free trial is for first-time subscribers only.

Choose or change a plan

1. Open Billing & Plans.
2. Click Choose on the plan you want.
3. Approve the subscription in Shopify.

Upgrading and downgrading work the same way: Shopify replaces your current subscription with the new one. Only the store owner or staff with billing permission can change plans.

Basic’s introductory price

Your first Basic subscription costs $74.99 a month for 6 months, then $149.99 a month. It applies to your store’s first subscription only, so reinstalling doesn’t restart it.

While it applies, Billing & Plans shows how many discounted months are left and the date the full price starts. We also email the store 7 days before the first full-price charge.

Tip: Changing plan during the introductory period ends it. The new plan is charged in full from the start, with no free trial. We ask you to confirm before you continue to Shopify.

Monthly allowances

Billing & Plans shows how much you’ve used this month:

• AI credits: reset on the 1st of each month. Generating an app uses 10 credits.
• Push sends: one send for each device a push reaches. Resets monthly.

When you reach an allowance, that feature pauses until next month or until you upgrade. We never move you to a higher plan automatically.

Cancel your plan

Click Cancel plan under your current plan and confirm.

• Your store returns to preview mode. Paid features, such as publishing, push notifications and campaigns, stop working.
• Installed apps keep showing your last published design, with plan features such as wishlist and push switched off.

If you choose a plan again later, there’s no free trial, and Basic’s introductory price doesn’t apply again.

Get a Custom plan

For several stores or enterprise needs, click Contact sales on the Custom card and tell us what you need. There’s no list price. We send you a quotation, and nothing is charged until you click Accept and approve in Shopify.

What’s not included

• Apple Developer Program membership (US$99 a year, paid to Apple)
• Google Play developer registration (US$25 once, paid to Google)
• Third-party services you connect, such as Klaviyo or Judge.me
• Custom development outside your plan
• AI usage beyond your monthly credits
