Design your app with the AI App Generator

The AI App Generator studies your store and designs a native iOS and Android app with your own products. You get a draft to preview and change. Nothing reaches your customers until you publish it.

Generate your app

1. In Mobile App Builder, open AI App Generator. You can also start from Generate with AI on Overview, Create with AI in Theme Library, or Generate with AI in an empty Design Studio.
2. Optional: turn on Also analyse my public storefront homepage for a closer match to your brand (see below).
3. Click Generate my app. It uses 10 AI credits.

While it works, you’ll see each step: reading your products and brand settings, analysing your style, choosing a theme, adding your real products and collections, and saving your draft. It usually takes under a minute, and you can leave the page while it finishes.

Tip: Publish your products to the eBazoo sales channel first. The generator needs active products to design with.

What you see when it’s done

• A phone preview of your app with your products. Switch between iPhone and Android, and between light and dark mode.
• What we learned about your brand: category, audience, tone, product image shape, fonts, theme and colours.
• Recommended mobile improvements for your store.

Click Customize in Design Studio to make it yours, or Regenerate to try again (another 10 AI credits).

Where your new design is saved

The design is saved as a draft and is never published automatically:

• If your current theme doesn’t have a draft yet, the new design becomes its draft.
• If it already has one, your work is kept and the new design is added to Theme Library as a new theme called “AI design”.

Each generation is also saved in Version history, marked “Made with AI”.

What the AI reads, and what it never sees

The generator uses your catalog and brand information: shop name and description, brand colours and logo, product types, vendors, tags and price range, a sample of products and collections with a few of their images, your menus, and the names of your store policies.

It never receives customer or order data: no names, emails, addresses or orders. Prices, stock and checkout always come live from Shopify, and the AI never changes your product data.

Reading your public homepage

With Also analyse my public storefront homepage on, the generator reads only your public homepage to pick up colours, fonts and headings. It never signs in, doesn’t follow other pages and respects your robots.txt. The switch is off by default. You can also change it in Settings → Store data & AI.

If generating fails

You’ll see “The last generation failed” with the reason, and the credits are returned. Common reasons:
